Making A Purchase Making a purchase has been made as easy as possible. Please browse the catalogue using the index above, click on any item you wish to buy and put it into your shopping basket. After you have finished you can click on "order" and review the contents of your shopping basket, see the total costs of your selection and amend it if you so wish, before confirming it.

We can accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Switch cards and you can send these details by phone, fax, letter or E mail (see credit card security). Transactions will be in £ sterling, with international orders being debited at the prevailing currency exchange rates. If you prefer we can accept payment by a cheque valid in the UK by post or by bank transfer.

Shipping And Handling Shipping and handling will be at our discretion using reputable carriers, and may be by courier, secure parcel or post. All deliveries within the UK for orders of £50.00 or over in retail value will be free of charge. Orders of less than £50.00 in retail value within the UK will attract a delivery surcharge of £3.50. All deliveries within Western Europe for orders of £100.00 or over will be free of delivery charge, but orders of less than £100.00 will be subject to a surcharge of £5.00 . The cost of deliveries to other zones will attract a minimum charge of £27.50, unless the retail value is £500 or more, to allow for a courier service on a fragile item. However if you prefer we can quote you an exact delivery charge based on cheaper methods of delivery for small orders for non fragile goods, in which case E Mail, fax or phone us.
Delivery Schedule All orders will be confirmed and fulfilled within 5 working days except in the rare cases where an item is out of stock, in which case you will be advised to see if you wish to place it on back order or whether you prefer to cancel your order. Delivery time within the UK will normally be within a further 5 working days, and within Western Europe a further 7 working days. Delivery for International orders will depend on the level of security and type of carrier needed and thus will be quoted when the order is accepted.

Back Orders FULFILMENT:

For all items in stock, orders will be confirmed and fulfilled within 5 working days. Please allow a further 5 working days for delivery within the UK and another 5 days for delivery within the EEC. Delivery to the rest of the workd will depend on the carrier used, and will be quoted on confirmation of order. Out of stock items will be placed on back order and the customer advised at once. Items no longer available will be advised to the client within 72 hours.

STOCK:

Many of our on-line items are one-off originals or artists proofs that may not be available once the stock item has gone. This can happen overnight, and virtually simultaneously, though we do our very best to amend the site quickly and at least once a week.

Tax Charges With exception of unique works of art and limited editions, Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate in the UK (currently 17.5%) will be added to your shopping basket purchases for all orders within the European Economic Union. All other orders from other areas of the world, except unique works of art and limited editions, are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. Please note that all works of art and limited editions effectively carry 0% VAT and thus no VAT can be recovered on export orders outside of the EEC. The rate of VAT is clearly displayed on your order form.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We accept the return of all goods returned to us within 14 days of receipt if they are not acceptable to you for any reason, provided they are returned to us in the condition they were received, by a reputable carrier and at your expense. Any item over £500 must be returned by a carrier approved by us in advance, with full insurance cover. This clause in no way effects your statutory rights if you are domiciled within the UK.
